I am a Psychotherapeutic counsellor, experienced across the NHS, charities and voluntary sector as well as private practice, supporting clients from teens to late 80s with a wide range of issues including trauma.

I am also a qualified Sex Addiction therapist, supporting clients needing help for out of control sexual behaviour and porn addiction.  I work with individual clients to explore and understand the roots of their problematic behaviour, particularly where trauma may be a factor, move towards recovery and rediscover a healthy sex life. I can also support partners through the traumatic impact of their loved one’s sexual behaviour and support the couple in redefining and rebuilding their relationship. I am a registered therapist with StopSO and support sexual offenders, very often where porn addiction has led to viewing of illegal images.

I am also a COSRT-registered Psychosexual Therapist and can work with individuals and couples experiencing sexual dysfunction and other difficulties with their sex life.

I have a BSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Sex Addiction and a post-graduate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy and Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I hold an Advanced Certificate in Integrative Couples Therapy and further training in the (Bader) Developmental Model of relationships. I am an Accredited member of the BACP, a Registered member of ATSAC, COSRT, StopSO and a graduate member of the BPS.
