I am a fully accredited psychotherapist who has been practising for over 20 years. I am highly qualified and have extensive experience in relationship counselling specialising in COSRT-approved psychosexual therapy, and ATSAC-accredited sex addiction therapy for both individuals and couples. I use Relate principles within my marriage guidance approach and have trained under Paula Hall on Sex Addiction programmes to help my clients build stronger relationships with a restored foundation of intimacy and trust.

My counselling service emphasises an integrative therapeutic approach recognising the importance of overcoming the detrimental physical, social and emotional components often associated with either a relationship or an individual’s breakdown. In my sphere of work, this is often due to a lack of sexual desire, loss or lack of intimacy, sexual dysfunction, a communication breakdown, sexual abuse or trauma and increasingly a distressing sex addiction.
