In my opinion the best form of therapy is one where you can feel supported and heard in a confidential space. The warmth and regard of another human being can help you begin to learn to listen to your own needs and find ways of meeting these.   This is especially important if you are working through sexual difficulties which can at times feel overwhelming and shame inducing.   You may be feeling that you have reached a crossroads in your life where your behaviours have created many difficulties in your current life.

Often the roots of sexually compulsive behaviour are rooted in our childhood experiences in a way you may have never considered previously and I am keen to support you in exploring these.

I am an accredited integrative relational therapist, supervisor and trainer. I aim to empower you to make choices and  to make sense of some of the many confusing emotions that you may be feeling.

This means that the process of therapy is internalised and gives you tools to take with you when you are ready to leave therapy.   My passion is enabling people to develop a stronger sense of themselves.

My practice is in Ballymoney and is set up to be a welcoming space.  It is important to me that the environment helps you to begin to relax and to feel more at ease to reflect on some of your more difficult thoughts and feelings.    I also work online.
