I am a counsellor from Singapore, providing therapeutic services for individuals in areas of substance and process addiction (alcohol, drugs, sex/porn, games, social media), mood disorders across the spectrum, and other mental health issues (psychosis , OCD, Bi-polar, trauma).

In my capacity as a full-time counsellor in a Volunteer Welfare Organization (VWO), part of my duties include facilitating individual and groupwork for addiction recovery, and also a therapeutic group programme for individuals with history of non-contact sexual offences (voyuerism, exhibitionism, illegal explicit media, sexual harassment).
