About me

At various stages of our lives, most of us, if not all, experience personal losses and difficulties. It is quite normal to struggle with such issues and to need some help with these to move forward.

I support individuals to help themselves who are struggling with addiction and compulsive sexual behaviours. Men who are addicted to porn and might be using it as a coping mechanism against difficult feelings. Some client issues I work with include alcohol & drug addiction, porn addiction, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, grief and loss, shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, fear of rejection. Family scapegoating, relationship issues, break-ups, betrayal, open relationships, loneliness, bullying and neglect, difficulty setting boundaries and recovery from divorce or separation.

I am a qualified, experienced Integrative Counsellor, Sex Addiction Therapist and Meditation Teacher. I use these modalities in a pluralistic way, as one size doesn’t fit all.
Once we start to feel our emotions, we can start to heal.

Experienced working with porn addiction, drug addiction and alcohol dependency, grief and loss, sexual abuse, co-dependency, people pleasing, bereavement, relationship break-ups, conflict, family systems, betrayal, anxiety, depression, rage, difficulties setting boundaries, unhealthy relationships, victims of bullying and abuse, issues with self-esteem and self-worth.

I have successfully worked with couples in the areas of betrayal, fear of conflict, lack of intimacy & sex, trust issues like jealousy. Partners’ porn use, partner visiting sex workers. Swinging, revenge porn, webcams, open relationships, sugar babes and sugar daddies. Open relationships, poly relationships, Bi-sexual and gay relationships.

Help for individuals struggling with Sex/porn compulsion:

Maybe you are here because you have found the courage to seek help and are ready to make some changes.

Maybe you didn’t know you had a problem till you’ve been caught, or it’s no longer serving you.

Or maybe it is preventing you from getting into or maintaining a healthy relationship with others due to shame?

How can I support you?

I provide a compassionate space to start exploring how you got here and how you can change, how the brain craves dopamine and its function with addiction.
