I specialise in working with therapists (students and fully qualified) who offer Sex Addiction, Psychosexual, Couple, Individual or Partners Therapy.
My early experience as a psychiatric nurse and now yoga teacher and nutrition coach have given me a holistic approach to the relationship we have with our physical bodies and how this impacts on our intimate relationships and sexual experience.
The relationship I have with the counsellors that come to me for supervision matters hugely because of the impact this can have on the client counsellor dynamic. I make sure we have time for this relationship to develop.
