Therpay is provided via Zoom, telephone or WhatsApp calls or video. I work with individuals and partners as well as family members. This can be individually or together. I have extensive experience of working with addictions of all kinds, and working with both adults and young people. I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and Addiction Counsellor. This enables me to personalise a support package which will meet your needs both short and long term. This may include crisis management and stabilisation through to healing the relationship and/or behaviour change.
I have been a counsellor since 2004. An individual counsellor of young people, later as a substance abuse counsellor with adults. I retrained to become a couple counsellor and then a sex therapist and finally with sex addiction.
I also provide supervision. Couples Counselling, Young Peoples Counselling and Psychosexual Therapy. This has included counsellors both in training and experienced.
