I originally trained as a young person’s counsellor, later as a substance abuse counsellor with adults. My counselling journey has since seen me become a couple counsellor, then a sex therapist and finally working with compulsive sexual behaviours.
I bring all those experiences and knowledge to my supervision and enjoy supervising both students and qualified counsellors. I’m happy to supervise in person, on the telephone or via Zoom.
Appointments are available in Hereford or via the internet. I work with individuals and partners as well as family members. This can be individually or together. I have extensive experience of working with addictions of all kinds, and working with both adults and young people. I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and Addiction Counsellor. This enables me to personalise a support package which will meet your needs both short and long term. This may include crisis management and stabilisation through to healing the relationship and/or behaviour change.
