ATSAC 2020 Conference Ticket Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://atsac.org.uk website (the “Service”) operated by ATSAC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and the Terms on the previous web page (where applicable). These Terms apply to all ticketholders and others who access or attend the conference.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not purchase a ticket.

Ticket sales

Tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis and access to workshops and speaker session will be allocated in order of ticket purchase.

All tickets sales are final and no refunds, transfers, or exchanges are permitted.

Early bird ticket prices are available until midnight on 31st November, after this time all tickets will be charged at full price.

Member ticket prices are only available to current members of ATSAC or members joining before purchasing a ticket.

Student ticket prices are available for current students with NUS ID. Proof of student ID will be required.

ATSAC reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to organisations/individuals who do not adhere to ATSAC values.

Workshops / Speakers

Access to Workshops / Speakers will be offered in order of ticket purchase, with the emails asking for workshop preferences sent to those who book their tickets the earliest first.

No access to any Workshop / Speaker is guaranteed and where session are full, ticket holders will be offered an alternative session with spaces available. No refunds or exchanges will be offered if ticket holders are unable to access their preferred session.

Cancellation

In the event of a Speaker / Workshop host not attending the conference an alternative Speaker / Workshop will be delivered. No refunds will be given due to changes of conference line up at any time.

Should the conference be cancelled for any reason, tickets will be refunded in full to the named ticket holders.

ATSAC are not liable for hotel/travel costs arranged by ticketholders in the event of the conference being cancelled.

Behaviour

ATSAC expects all ticketholders to behave to a professional standard and all attendees are bound by the ATSAC Values, Vision and Mission (located here). Anyone in breach of this will be asked to leave the conference and no refund given.

Photography

ATSAC will be taking photographs at the conference of speakers and workshops. By purchasing a ticket you consent to your image being used by ATSAC on social media and promotional material.
