I offer a confidential one to one therapy service in the West Midlands for those wanting to look at their addiction or to partners and couples who require support.
As a qualified integrative therapist; BACP registered and relationship and sex therapist; Cosrt registered. I am competent in the delivery of a range one to one interventions. I believe in supporting people to move on and to be in a place of recovery and hope.
Having worked in a range of Social Care and Health settings, with adults and young people, for 30 years I have a portfolio which shows an aptitude for therapeutic engagement and nearly all of my portfolio has focused on working in the field of addiction.

I use a range of pluralistic approaches, psychodynamic and attachment techniques, cognitive behaviour therapy and schema therapy, relationship and sex therapy and motivational recovery techniques along with other specialist interventions.
